Interview Process

1. APPLY

Resumes, portfolios, personal websites. We love to see all of it. Let us know why you want to work with us and why you think you’d be a great fit. Even if you don’t meet the exact qualifications, we’d love to meet you!

2. PHONE SCREEN

After a short review period, a recruiter may reach out to get to know you, learn what you’re looking for, and give you an overview of the position.

3. FIRST INTERVIEW

After the phone screen, you’ll participate in either a phone or video interview. At this stage, you might be asked to conduct case studies or technical assessments as well.

4. SECOND INTERVIEW

This is where you can meet the team, either on-site or remotely, and get a feel for our company culture and the Vista dynamics.

5. WE’LL MAKE A DECISION

Hang tight for a few days. At this stage, all of the interviewers will meet to discuss how awesome you are and whether or not you’re a great fit for the position.

6. WE’LL GIVE YOU FEEDBACK

When we can, your recruiter will provide transparent feedback on how the interview went.

7. JOIN OUR AMAZING TEAM

Do your “I got the job” dance and get ready for an exciting new chapter in your career. After accepting your new role, our onboarding team will reach out to get the ball rolling with the next steps.

Military Veteran and Families (MVF) builds awareness about the global contributions and impact of current military service members and veterans. We provide a supportive community for current and former service members within Vista and Cimpress.

Women at Work (W@W) is dedicated to building a supportive community for women and allies within the technology industry where members can grow and develop through programs of enrichment, advocacy, and outreach.

Pride

Pride celebrates and elevates global team members who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual, or nonbinary. Straight and cisgender allies are welcome in our space as well.

Mental Health Alliance

The Mental Health Alliance (MHA) provides a safe community with healthy boundaries to promote wellbeing and emphasize the importance of de-stigmatizing mental health in the workplace. MHA facilitates conversations with a diverse set of voices to positively influence policies at Vista and Cimpress, and ensure all team members have the best chance at their goals personally and professionally.
