MEET SOME OF OUR TEAM

Shireen Missi - Senior Engineer I:
Shireen is a Senior Software Engineer at Funding Circle with over 10 years of experience in the tech industry. She specialises in backend development using Ruby on Rails and works on origination and partner-related projects.

Angeline Mulet-Marquis - Engineering Manager:
Angeline is a Software Engineer, Tech Lead and Engineering manager, with 16 years of experience. Passionate about making the tech industry more diverse and inclusive. She is an experienced and passionate professional with a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.

Viktorija Jusko - Engineer II
Victoria is a Software Engineer at Funding Circle. After working in the luxury travel industry for a number of years, she decided to pursue a career change and retrain as a Software Engineer with Makers Academy.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Depending on the role, a typical application process can look something like this:

· Initial phone call with Talent

· Coderpad - 1-hour technical session

· Final Interview, broken down into 3 sections (Pairing, Code or System Design, and Engineering Manager session)

All fully remote via Zoom and we work to candidates’ diaries and availability.
