INTERVIEW PROCESS

1. Intro phone chat. Our team get to know you in a quick, informal phone call. Usually takes about 20-30 minutes.

2. First interview. Usually an informal meet with your hiring manager either virtually or one of our UK offices. There might also be a short take-home challenge, depending on the role.

3. Second interview. The next stage is a more formal meet, often with two hiring managers.

4. If successful, our talent team will get in touch to offer you the job!  They'll talk through the offer, send a formal 'conditional' offer and will prepare your contract.
