Interview Process

Our typical interview process looks like this:

Introductory Call: Our Resourcing Team will have a brief call to discuss your background, experience, and goals. Based on this, they’ll decide if an interview is the right next step.
Stage 1: Initial Interview: You’ll meet with a member of our Engagement Team and a senior expert in your field to discuss your skills and experience.
Stage 2: Final Interview: The last stage involves two senior team members, including a technical expert, focusing on cultural fit and shared values.

Each step is designed to ensure a strong match between your skills and our company culture.
