The AJ Bell Futures Foundation, a UK registered charity, was established in 2023 to help people who have faced significant life challenges, by providing them with opportunities to build a better future through self-advancement. AJ Bell plc contributes 0.5% of its profits before tax to the Foundation annually as part of its wider Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy. The Foundation awards approximately 10% of its annual donations to charities and organisations nominated directly by AJ Bell employees.
Here are some highlights from our charities and community programme:
Step 1: We get to know you
Once we have received your application, if suitable for the role, a member of the in-house recruitment team will get in touch to arrange a phone interview. This is where we discuss your application, our guiding principles, the role and answer any queries you may have about the position.
Step 2: We talk Tech
The next step is meeting face-to-face. This will either be in person at our Manchester or London office or virtually over Teams.
Step 3: We make an offer
If the two previous stages are successful and it seems we are the correct fit for each other, we will go on to make an offer.
For the 6th year running we have been named as one of the Best 100 Companies in the UK to work for – that’s quite an achievement!
