Product Manager – Gaming
£60,000 + Bonus
Hybrid – Watford (3 days a week)

The Role
As Product Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the roadmap — from concept through to launch. You’ll shape new game ideas, manage studio partners, and drive delivery of titles that excite players and hit commercial goals, while keeping everything compliant and responsible.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end delivery for multiple Instant Win Games — from ideation to launch
- Write game briefs, shape prize structures, and review creative and technical builds
- Manage relationships with studios and internal production teams
- Lead stand-ups, support junior product execs, and keep projects on track
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Data, and Player Protection teams
- Track performance and drive optimisation and innovation across the portfolio
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in gambling, lottery, iGaming, gaming or digital casino is essential
- Experience in working on game briefs
- Minimum of 3 years experience within Product Management
- Proven track record delivering real-money or interactive game products
- Strong grasp of game mechanics, RTP, and player behaviour
- Confident stakeholder and supplier manager
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a regulated environment
- Solid understanding of agile delivery and product roadmaps
