Accelerating Industrial Innovation with AI
PhysicsX is building the platform that brings physics simulation
into the age of AI, enabling engineers to move from numerical
computation to AI inference and unlock entirely new levels of
speed, optimization, and automation. We're growing quickly
across North America, Europe and APAC — but our mission
remains the same: to give engineers the tools they need to
tackle humanity's biggest challenges.
For decades, the most important industries on Earth have been
constrained by the same reality: understanding physics is hard,
simulation is slow and expensive, and innovation takes time.
Behind each breakthrough are years of engineering work and
millions of hours spent navigating the physical behavior of
complex hardware under real-world constraints.
It’s precisely these bottlenecks to hardware innovation that we’re working to dismantle. Physics AI is transforming how the most sophisticated machines and engineered systems are designed, built, and operated, allowing engineers to explore thousands of possibilities where previously they could only explore a handful.
What once took weeks can happen in seconds. What once
required armies of specialists can become accessible to whole
organizations. What was computationally intractable can
become routine.

Women in leadership

We empower organizations to build beyond human imagination and address the defining challenges of our time.
From the climate transition to industrial resilience to defence modernization, today’s most pressing global priorities are, at their core, engineering problems.
We work to address the important challenges of our time
This means working on problems that affect us all, such as the climate transition. Striving to change the world by improving the performance and efficiency of machines and processes while reducing consumption and waste.
We make stuff happen
Moving with speed and determination and collaborating relentlessly to achieve measurable outcomes and deliver value.
We are grounded visionaries
Acting with integrity, grounded in evidence and expertise, while boldly tackling new challenges and innovating in everything we do.
We form a community in which people can grow
Being supportive and humble while striving for excellence. Building a diverse culture where our people can be at their best by being their true selves.

At PhysicsX, we take on the toughest, most impactful challenges where science, engineering, and AI collide.
It’s not easy, and it demands a team with diverse skills and a relentless drive to learn and grow.
We’re looking for people who are curious, humble, and, above all, fully committed to our mission.
Innovation thrives at the intersection of diverse perspectives, disciplines, and experiences.
Our team brings together talent from across industries, geographies, and backgrounds, ensuring a constant flow of ideas and unconventional solutions.
If you're ready to be challenged, inspired, and make a difference, your next big opportunity starts here.

We value diversity and are committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of gender identity, race, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, nationality, disability, or age.
We strongly encourage individuals from backgrounds traditionally underrepresented in tech to apply.
Building a diverse culture where our people can be at their best by being their true selves.
We're a curious, eclectic bunch and we think the best teams are ones where people bring their whole selves to work. Whether you're into bouldering, F1, Dungeons & Dragons, academic papers or sourdough, there's likely a corner of PhysicsX where you'll find your people.
Our Slack is home to a whole ecosystem of community channels, including:
🏃 Sport & fitness - football, cycling, running, racket sports, bouldering and more
📚 Learning & ideas - book clubs, research reading groups, AI tools discussion
🎨 Arts, culture & hobbies - music, film, gaming, anime, cooking, textiles, 3D printing, D&D

Introduction Interview
First things first - let's get to know each other! This is a conversation (or two) where we'll hear about your journey, what excites you and what you're looking for. We'll also give you a real, honest picture of what it's like to be part of the PhysicsX team.
First Problem-Solving Interview or Take-Home Test
Now for the fun part. This is your chance to show us how your brain works with a hands-on, role-specific session where we get to see you in action. No trick questions, just a genuine exploration of how you approach problems.
Second Problem-Solving Interview
Expect rich technical conversations about the kind of challenges we're actually working on. By the end of this one, you should have a pretty exciting sense of what your day to day at PhysicsX could look like.
Final Interview
Nearly there! This is a chance to tie up any loose ends with some of our senior team, and importantly a chance for you to grill us on anything you still want to know. We want you to feel completely confident about your decision.
The Offer
The best bit. If we're all feeling great about each other, we'll be calling with an offer and keeping our fingers crossed you say yes.
*Every role and location is a little different, but this is a general sense of what our interview process looks like.
We know interviews can feel daunting, so if you have any questions about our process or would like any advice on what to expect, please don't hesitate to reach out to any of us in the talent team.
We're always happy to help! Connect with us in SheCanCode's community-Vanessa Lewis, Arran Ferguson, Tom McLoughlin, Brittney Hancock, Saskia Munks, Gilles Ndonfak, Wander Amorim
Even if you don’t see your perfect role right now, our Corporate Ambassadors are always looking to connect with women in tech from the SheCanCode community.
Many of our partner employers offer training, mentoring, and development to help women grow into their next tech role.
You don’t have to tick every box to belong here. Because potential matters more than perfection.
Register your interest and we’ll help get you on their radar.
