Dojo

Since launching in 2019 to address business owners’ pain points across the UK, we’ve seen incredible growth as a scaling fintech, welcoming over 126,000 customers and growing the Dojo team to 1,200+ people across five locations. In that time, we’ve also introduced Dojo Virtual Queues & Bookings and the Dojo restaurant finder app, formerly known as WalkUp and loved by 1,700 restaurants and 800,000 diners.

Today, we work towards our mission to empower businesses to thrive in the Experience Economy by creating the tools and technology that turn transactions into meaningful relationships. For our business customers, that means fast funding, the fastest payments, smart integrations, and efficient virtual queues & bookings - all with instant insight across the board. - Initial screening call

For Tech roles
- 2 x 1hr Technical skill interviews.

For Data roles
- 1 x 1 hr with Hiring Manager.
- 1 x 1hr Technical skill interviews.
- 1 x 1hr Stakeholder interview.
- 1 x 30mins with Chief Data Officer.

For Product roles
- Design - 3 x 1hr interviews + Final portfolio presentation interview.
- Manager - 3 x 1hr interviews +, 1 x 30mins with Chief Product Officer.

All interviews can be conducted via zoom or in person. We encourage you to discuss any accommodation needs you may have during the interview process.
