GSA Capital

GSA is an award-winning quantitative trading and investment management firm. Our vision is to build an enduring legacy with an exceptional group of people. Founded in 2005, our mission is to be one of the most consistently strong-performing, longest-living quant trading firms, while fostering a great culture for our talent to thrive. We strive to deliver all-weather returns with systematic trading strategies across all asset classes, geographies and time horizons.

We are a close-knit team of 150, led by industry practitioners who know first-hand what researchers and technologists need. We love being around humble people who take their work - but not themselves - seriously. We are driven by the pragmatic application of maths and computer science, not big egos. We build industry-leading proprietary systems that enable our teams to go faster. We are independent and manage our own capital alongside that of our investors. We are fuelled by the challenge of sustaining success over a very long time.

The Charter is composed of five calls to action for leaders and organisations across all sectors. We signed up to taking practical steps to ensure their workplaces are tackling barriers that ethnic minority people face in recruitment and progression and that their organisations are representative of British society today.
