“If there’s one word I’d like you to take away from today, it is: clarity.”
Those were my opening words during a programme workshop earlier this year. Looking back, they capture much of how I approach both technology and leadership.
I am a Product Owner at TP ICAP, currently helping deliver a strategic migration programme for a flagship interest rate derivatives trading platform in partnership with AWS. My role sits at the intersection of technology, business and people: transforming complex challenges into practical solutions, aligning diverse stakeholders and helping teams move forward with confidence.
People often describe communication as one of my greatest strengths. I believe the best technology outcomes happen when complexity is simplified, diverse perspectives are heard and teams have a clear path forward.
Alongside my day job, I am ardent about creating opportunities for others. I founded and chair TP ICAP’s Global Early Professionals Network, speak regularly on technology, AI and innovation, and actively support initiatives that encourage greater representation and inclusion within the industry.
I am endlessly inquisitive, and I believe that innovation starts with curiosity, continuous education and diverse collaboration.
