I’m a data scientist at Levy where I lead analytics projects that help major UK, Ireland and Europe venues, including The O2, Premier League football clubs, and Wimbledon, make smarter, more data-driven decisions for food and beverage operations.
My work focuses on forecasting, workforce optimisation, and translating complex models into practical tools that deliver real value rather than just theoretical outputs.
I was the first data scientist in my organisation and have delivered firsts and innovation within my role. I am very passionate about keeping the human side of technology, encouraging human in the loop approaches that support people and operations. I don’t want my models to be black boxes, I want to enable transparency and explanability, so that the outputs are useable and become a core part of the business.
Alongside my technical work, I’m invested in team development and creating collaborative environments, organising quarterly team days and pushing for cross team communication. I also have found a love for speaking at events, recently having spoken at the EARL conference and at an International Women’s Day event within Levy.
