Explore Neurodiversity

Neurodiversity describes the way that people experience and interact with the world around them. Neurodiversity can include Autism, Tourettes, ADHD, Dyslexia, Aspergers, Dyspraxia and many others.

Being neurodivergent means having a brain that works differently from the average or ‘neurotypical’ person.

As a neurodivergent person’s brain works differently, they will likely have different methods of working and may benefit from extra support. It is also important to create a positive and inclusive culture within your organisations, so neurodivergent people feel comfortable and supported.

Within this category will feature articles on why neurodiversity is good for business, how companies are supporting their neurodiverse employees, support, and much more.
