It is estimated that up to 15% of the UK population is neurodiverse.
Understanding neurodiversity enables companies to foster an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. So shouldn’t we be doing more to help support neurodiverse employees?
In this 40-minute session, hosted by SheCanCode, our speakers – Shelley Vaisey, Global Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Director, at Oxbotica; and Di Maxfield-Twine, CPO, Tripledot Studios – will discuss how neurodiverse tech talent can give companies a competitive edge and measurable results.
