Since moving to the UK to pursue bachelor’s degree in computer science, I feel like my journey could be described as class of mastering the art of adaptation.

It started with changing language and culture, to getting position in Redgate where I was changing databases and technologies. My first chapter was with Postgres, then Oracle, MySQL and MongoDB. They all have their own terminology, architecture, mechanisms to solve database problems in the world and switching context was my daily bread. Throughout each of them, I was driven by the idea of introducing something new into the product and that only skyrocketed when another yet shift included working with AI – combination of new to the product and cutting-edge technology. All these opportunities in Redgate really helped me to increase my awareness, where my source of drive is coming from. Apart from this, I am a part of peer community within Redgate where we try to help each other in expanding our knowledge and that’s where I try to share my knowledge from the AI journey.
