Remote engineering team

ARTICLE SUMMARY

Remote working can feel isolating at times and new team members can struggle to connect with a disbanded team. SheCanCode recently held an online event to highlight this issue and share advice on how to build and scale a distributed, inclusive engineering team.

In this 40-minute webinar we discussed the impact that remote working is having on our mental health and shared ideas on how we can ensure team members thrive and feel part of the wider company.

Listen to our speakers from Capco and Artisan Studios reveal some of the ways that companies can keep their engineering teams connected and engaged.
