We’re excited to announce that nominations are officially open for SheCanCode’s 2026 Pathways to Tech Awards.
These awards spotlight the changemakers who are opening doors, breaking barriers, and building innovative pathways for underrepresented talent to thrive in the tech industry.
Whether through mentoring, reskilling, outreach, or recruitment, these individuals and groups are shaping a tech workforce that’s more diverse, equitable, and future-ready.
What we’re looking for?
These awards shine a spotlight on programmes and organisations that demonstrate:
- A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion across their cohorts and teaching teams.
- Measurable impact in helping learners – particularly women and underrepresented groups – enter or progress in tech roles.
- Thoughtful programme design supporting those from non-traditional or disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Meaningful partnerships with employers, charities, or industry groups to provide real-world experience, mentorship, or job placement.
- Innovation in training methods, course content, and delivery – whether through hybrid formats, flexible learning, or accessibility-focused tools.
Through these awards, we aim to highlight organisations that are not only teaching tech skills but also powering meaningful career pathways, building a more inclusive tech workforce for the future.
