Women making an impact across technology, business, innovation and beyond have until Thursday 10 September to enter the ISOUL Women Leadership Award in Paris.
Entry is free and open to anyone, with a simple application process completed through the ISOUL website.
The awards ceremony will take place on 3 October 2026 in Paris, at the Conservatoire Rachmaninoff on Avenue de New York, with views across the Seine towards the Eiffel Tower.
Paris marks an important milestone for the ISOUL Women Leadership Award, as it is the organisation’s first European ceremony. Previous awards have been held in San Francisco in 2025 and Los Angeles in March 2026.
A jury of 32 will select eight winners across a range of categories celebrating women making an impact in their fields.
For women working in technology and related industries, four categories could be particularly relevant:
- Rising Star – recognising women under 35
- Innovator of the Year – celebrating women driving innovation
- Entrepreneur of the Year – recognising women building and growing businesses
- Investor in Women – celebrating angel investors and fund managers supporting other women
The remaining categories are Global Visionary Leader, Top Influencer, Impact in Women’s Lives and Fashion Icon of the Year.
Connecting women across borders
ISOUL was founded by Jane Milovanova, who runs the European side of the organisation alongside Maya Strunnikova.
The organisation has brought together more than 5,000 women across 29 countries, with its community connecting through around 500 events.
The awards are designed not only to recognise achievement, but also to bring women together and create opportunities for new connections.
Finalists will be announced on 25 September, ahead of the Paris ceremony.
What to expect at the ceremony
The evening will feature a red carpet and press wall, alongside founder speakers taking to the stage and the awards presentation itself.
After the ceremony, attendees will have the opportunity to stay, meet other guests and continue conversations — making the event as much about building connections as celebrating achievement.
