We are proud to introduce our new podcast – Spilling the T – where we’ll be dipping into what a career in tech looks like, chatting about the industry - the good the bad and the ugly - and of course getting to meet some great female role models from across all sectors.

At SheCanCode, we are focused on empowering women to join, remain and become leaders in the ever-changing technology industry. As part of our mission, the ‘Spilling the T’ podcast offers conversations with top female voices in the tech sector, as we plunge into the latest topics that have captured our imagination recently.

Learn about a range of tech disciplines and how to establish a career in them – from coding, AI, cyber, starting a business, career transitions and even diversity in space, we lay it out bare and ‘spill the T’ on everything you need to know.

Linda Dotts, Chief Partner Strategy Officer at SS&C Blue Prism

In episode one, we hear from Linda Dotts, Chief Partner Strategy Officer at SS&C Blue Prism, where she discusses cracking the glass ceiling and being a female leader in tech.

Alongside her role of being one of the drivers behind Blue Prism’s Technology Alliance, Linda has also contributed to Blue Prism’s culture of inclusion and empowerment by helping to found Women in RPA.

In this episode, we learn how to get more women into the industry, how to encourage those already in the industry into leadership positions; and what it’s really like to be a female leader in tech.

Janthana Kaenprakhamroy, CEO of Tapoly

Our second episode features Janthana Kaenprakhamroy, CEO of Tapoly – winner of Insurance Provider of the Year at the British Small Business Awards 2018 and recipient of the Technological Development award at the European Business Awards 2021.
