LEMP provides training and mentorship across key capability areas including Quality Engineering, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Career Development, Finance Management, and Investment, ensuring participants gain both technical and professional skills aligned to real industry demands.
To date, LEMP has supported over 200+ individuals through structured initiatives, with 60+ successfully transitioning into technology and digital careers. The organisation has engaged 50+ contributors, mentors, and volunteers, and delivered 25+ programmes across defined capability tracks. These programmes have resulted in over 70% participant progression into career opportunities, demonstrating measurable and sustained impact.
