I’ve spent over two decades in technology, specialising in solving complex engineering challenges and helping teams deliver high‑impact media streaming products for organisations like Sky and NBCU/Peacock.
In my current role as a Principal Technical Analyst, I focus on bringing clarity to complicated problems, improving processes, and enabling engineering and SRE teams to work more smoothly and effectively. Alongside my technical work, I’m deeply committed to widening access to the tech industry. As a STEM Ambassador, public speaker, and advocate for inclusion, I regularly work with schools, universities, and community groups to support women, students, and early‑career technologists. Sharing real experiences and practical guidance is a core part of my mission to make tech more welcoming and representative. Beyond the workplace, I’ve led and supported a wide range of cultural and community initiatives across the UK’s Indian diaspora—from festivals and women’s empowerment programmes to youth and school events. Building meaningful relationships, creating safe spaces, and leading with empathy are central to how I work in every setting.
