Danielle is a senior technology and commercial leader with 13 years in the industry, currently driving high-value business transformation at Capgemini UK.
Specialising in complex public sector campaigns, she leads a 30-strong delivery team spanning software development, platform engineering, architecture, QA and business analysis, with a leadership team she has deliberately built to be 50% women.
Over six promotions in 11 years, including nearly three years out on maternity leave, her performance has consistently been rated ‘Exceptional’. She recently led the pursuit and win of a strategically important £50m contract, competing for senior leadership attention against deals ten times its size.
She mentors women returning from maternity leave and is passionate about building cultures of psychological safety, where teams are trusted, supported, and free to do their best work.
