Women in Tech Hampshire is a networking group that meets every other month in Chilworth, Hampshire.
Founded by Amy Lee and Lauren James of Spectrum IT Recruitment, we created this group with the aim to host events, build a great community, and offer somewhere to learn from each other. Panellists share their experiences within the industry, paired with engaging networking sessions, and a chance to learn from peers. Topics vary at each event, but have covered Women in Leadership, Neurodiversity in Tech, Importance of Male Allies, and Pathways Into Tech.
