Madiha Khan is a Technical Lead specialising in large-scale digital transformation within the UK public and private sector at Capgemini.

Her journey into leadership is shaped by resilience, determination, and a commitment to continuous learning.

After completing a Master’s in Computer Science, Madiha took a career break to raise her two sons. Returning to the industry after eight years was a significant challenge, as technology had moved on rapidly and there was no clear path back. Determined to rebuild her career, she upskilled through the CodeYourFuture programme, which became a turning point in regaining confidence and momentum. That experience shaped her belief that with the right support and determination, it is never too late to start again.

Since joining Capgemini, she has progressed rapidly from a Junior Developer to Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead within six years, reflecting both her technical capability and leadership growth. She currently leads engineering delivery on a critical public sector programme, working across backend, platform, and infrastructure, and supporting multiple teams in complex, high-ambiguity environments.

Madiha is recognised for bringing clarity to technical challenges and enabling teams to deliver with confidence. She combines strong hands-on expertise with a people-first leadership approach, creating environments where engineers feel supported to grow and take ownership.

Alongside her technical work, she is passionate about inclusion in tech and actively supports others in building their capability, encouraging continuous learning and practical allyship.
