Claudine Adeyemi-Adams is a UCL alumnus, multi-award-winning entrepreneur and former lawyer.
Having previously relied on employment and other support services, Claudine has dedicated her life to finding innovative ways to support people who face complex challenges like she did. In previous businesses, Claudine supported over 4,000 people from overlooked communities to improve their career prospects and received UK Government Recognition Award for her work delivering employment support programmes for young adults furthest from the labour market. Claudine is now Founder and CEO of Earlybird, building the AI operating system for citizen services such as employment support. Earlybird enables frontline teams to reduce their administrative burden and focus on delivering a personalised, human-first service.
Claudine is co-chair of Onvero, a charity employer network for building inclusive workplace cultures, a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and has received the Freedom of the City of London. In 2025, European Innovation Council awarded Claudine 2nd place in the Women Innovators Prize and Earlybird has won the AI Innovation Award at the UK’s Employability Awards two years in a row (2024 & 2025).
Claudine is also a mother, wife and huge Arsenal fan.
