Katie Griffiths is a mum, inclusion leader and proud member of the LGBTQ+ community who has built her career around helping people feel like they belong.
As Global Senior Manager for Community and Belonging at Everpure, Katie leads global inclusion strategy, employee communities and partnerships focused on improving access and representation within the technology industry. Her work spans mental health advocacy, inclusive leadership, policy change and creating opportunities for women and early-career technologists through partnerships with organisations including Rewriting the Code and Stemettes.
At the heart of Katie’s leadership is her ability to create safe spaces for honest conversation, growth and belonging. Known for leading with empathy, curiosity and integrity, she helps people feel heard, supported and confident enough to grow — whether mentoring emerging talent, influencing sustainable behavioural change in leaders or supporting colleagues through life’s more challenging moments.
Alongside her work in tech, Katie has supported mental health charities, women’s networks and local community initiatives across Yorkshire. As a mother of two with another baby on the way, she is passionate about helping build a future where inclusivity is non-negotiable and where the next generation grows up seeing diversity, compassion and belonging as strengths.
