Business Analysis Chapter
Our Business Analysis department plays a crucial role in driving our company’s growth, and we are committed to providing our team the latest tools and techniques to help them excel and take us to new heights. With our continuous growth, we are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our dynamic team and contribute their unique ideas and perspectives
Essential skills:
- Previous exposure to 3rd Party Saas solutions and implementations
- The ability to build strong relationships and networks, with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working to tight deadlines – at pace where necessary
- Effective cross functional collaboration – with product, delivery, tech and business
- Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
- Maintain clear and correct documentation to succinctly convey information to ensures that readers can quickly understand the content
- Proficiency in MS tools, Lucid Chart, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Teams, collaboration tools such as Miro or similar
- An inquisitive mindset, curious about how systems, processes, and operations work
Desirable skills:
- Experience with supporting the implementation of commercial applications, assortment/range planning or merchandise financial Planning tools
- Experience in the retail industry
- Previous Agile & Waterfall experience is advantageous
