I am a DEI Advocate and Chair of the Ability BERG Chapter in EMEA for Pax8.
I am passionate about inclusion; my own journey began when I joined the ERG back in 2023 as an advocate. Through a journey of self discovery and through hearing brave stories from within our ERG chapter, I came to learn that I myself could be neurodiverse. I then went on a journey of self discovery and got my AuDHD diagnosis around 1 year ago. The ERG’s work is to uplift and empower our community – we do this through a dedicated communication channel, events, and through dedicated initiatives. It is an honour to serve the ERG as its current chair!
