I started my recruitment career in 2019 at an all-female agency specialising in recruitment for Contact Centre solution providers; this was my first experience of the tech sector and gave me the opportunity to work with some really innovative companies and connect with real thought-leaders in our space.
Having only ever experienced recruitment in technology, to try something different and further develop my skills I moved on to an Education focussed recruitment agency where I spent 2 and a half years. In 2021, I joined Natilik and came back to the tech sector, this time as an in-house recruiter.
Natilik has given me the opportunity to get involved in and lead so many exciting projects, engage with amazing talent across the industry and really push forward opportunities, strategy and best practice. To have gained the skills I have so early in my career is something I’m really proud of and hope to continue to use them to drive change.
