Faye began her career in particle physics, using Machine Learning techniques to study antimatter at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN.
After obtaining her PhD in 2016, she spent a decade as an AI Engineer in both startups and large enterprises, in industries spanning retail, education, travel and finance. As Applied AI and ML Lead at JPMorgan Chase, she led AI automation of highly regulated and complex operational workflows in the firm’s Corporate and Investment Bank. In 2024, she co-founded Mindframe with a colleague who shared a drive to improve mental health access and outcomes, leading them to start a mental health AI company. As CTO, Faye leads the technical vision and is responsible for ensuring that the product is scalable, safe and compliant.
