I am a commercially focused CTO driving enterprise-wide transformation in global insurance—simplifying operations, embedding data-led underwriting and building diverse, high-performing technology teams.
Originally from Istanbul, I bring over 20 years’ experience delivering large-scale transformation across insurance, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and consulting—consistently focusing on translating technology investment into tangible commercial impact.
At Brit, I am leading a fundamental shift in how we operate and underwrite, embedding data-driven decision-making and simplifying legacy processes to enable greater efficiency, improved performance and stronger competitiveness in the Lloyd’s market. I am accountable end-to-end for transformation—from defining strategy through to execution—ensuring that change is delivered at pace and at scale across the enterprise.
Prior to this, I led global digital and data strategy at a global FMCG, including a major platform investment programme and the establishment of international technology hubs to accelerate growth and innovation.
Alongside business transformation, I am deeply committed to building diverse, high-performing teams—bringing in talent from outside the industry and championing greater representation in technology. I have been grateful to be recognised for this work through multiple industry accolades, including CIO of the Year at the Women in Tech Excellence Awards and inclusion in the UK’s Top 100 Tech Leaders.
