Currently VP Engineering at RipJar, Darren has almost 30 years of experience in the Software Industry, working at every level from Software Engineer, Architect and beyond. Working predominantly for start-ups and scale-ups in many industries, including Automotive, Finance, Travel, Digital Preservation and Metaverse. Darren has helped to build and shape many software companies, scaling up from small technical start-up teams to much larger, efficient engineering organisations with local, remote and offshore functions.
