Award winning Quality Engineering leader at IBM, speaker, and founder of LEMP, Amber Idumwonyi is dedicated to creating access and opportunity for underrepresented groups in technology.
With over eight years of experience, she specialises in enterprise quality engineering, automation strategy, and AI driven testing across complex transformation programmes.
Amber combines corporate leadership with community impact. Through LEMP, she has supported over 200 individuals through structured training and mentorship, with more than 100 successfully transitioning into technology and digital careers. Beyond LEMP, her wider outreach across initiatives including Code the Future, AI tutoring, Black Girls Code, STEM engagement, and international programmes has extended her impact to over 400 individuals.
A recognised industry contributor, Amber has delivered technical talks including Smarter Testing with AI: From Self Healing Scripts to Visual Intelligence at IBM EMEA CIC sumIT 2025 and is also an AWS New Voices speaker. Her work is centred on advancing inclusion, building confidence, and creating sustainable pathways into technology.
