Mina Abdulla is the founder of Genee, an AI-powered “confidence gym” helping women practice high-stakes workplace conversations from negotiations to boundary-setting in a safe, supportive environment. She is currently at Google within the AI education space, where she leads trainings and upskilling initiatives in AI. Prior to this, Mina worked in privacy and trust, and earlier in her career, she focused on HR development. Having made several career transitions herself, Mina draws on her journey as a first-time founder and woman of color to empower women to unlock their voice, navigate change with confidence, and thrive in male-dominated industries.
