Charlotte Wilson is a Senior Leader with extensive experience in establishing, transforming, or re-energising Global teams to deliver high performance leading teams of varying sizes and skills for Global companies such as ServiceNow, Cisco, and HashiCorp, Adept in area of Cyber security, Data, AI and Software.
A keen technologist that Actively advocate for diversity within the tech industry, co-founding initiatives such as Cisco’s Women’s Network , PRIDE, and the Women in Cyber communities at both ServiceNow and Cisco and currently the EMEA lead for Hashiqueers.
During her time at Cisco, she served on 3 boards, including the Cisco CSR board as a fund allocator, finding charities that could be accelerated by financial support and brand recognition.
These efforts highlight her firm belief that diversity is not just a metric to strive towards but a critical component of success, especially in fields as dynamic and impactful as cybersecurity.
Currently, at HashiCorp, Charlotte is responsible for overseeing strategic partnerships and Global system integrators, crafting impactful go-to-market strategies, and fostering key technical alliances.
She is also a non-executive director and data protection trustee for a charity and has recently focused her efforts on running a community for people impacted by redundancy with 2 ex colleagues.
