Kellie is a passionate champion for gender equality, empowering women and underrepresented groups to thrive in the tech industry.
As Founder and CEO of Halzak, she connects diverse talent with inclusive tech companies. She also launched Elevate – Women in Tech a community focused on spotlighting inspirational stories and empowering women to enter and remain in tech through her multiple initiatives such as podcast series, community network group, Wall of Inspiration spotlight series and Leadership Mentor Program.
Driven by her dedication to inclusion, Kellie coaches businesses and women in tech, unlocking doors for diverse talent. As a commitment to elevating talent, she created a Leadership Mentor Program that in 2024 will connect 100 women with a mentor to support their ascent into tech leadership – helping fix the broken rung and prove “women in tech can because, she did!”
A devoted wife and mother of two, Kellie enjoys coaching girls’ netball and building their confidence. With her multifaceted 20 year career and commitment to empowering others, she leads positive change in recruitment and champions equality across the tech sector.
