With over 10 years in recruitment, my career has always been candidate-oriented, with a strong emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) over the past five years.
For the last four years, I’ve been thriving at Domino Printing Sciences as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, where my role is defined by three key pillars.
First, I enable effective recruitment by supporting HR in attracting diverse talent and ensuring managers conduct inclusive and effective hiring. I advocate for authentic job adverts, salary transparency, structured interviews, and have introduced an inclusive recruitment policy and training resources.
Second, I develop our employee value proposition and communicate our employer brand through various channels, leveraging partnerships like SheCanCode, and promoting campaigns such as International Women’s Day and Inclusion Week.
I’ve also project managed our new global and local career websites, which is further enhanced by the implementation of an applicant tracking system. Third, I champion DE&I in all people-related processes, organizing internal campaigns like Pride Month, supporting employee resource groups, producing gender pay gap reports and associated action plans, and proposing progressive policies. My goal is to create a diverse and inclusive workplace for all at Domino.
