Rumbi is Co-Founder & COO of MAMA.codes, a 9yr old coding school focused on bringing diversity and inclusion by encouraging 3-15yr olds to fall in love with coding, and as a result open the door to developing a passion for STEM.
She is focused on reaching the overlooked and marginalised sections of society, and showing children, young people (and now adults) that there is a place for them in the world of tech.
She has built digital businesses for over 20 years, and now aside from running her business, she works to transform overworked ambitious female professionals into self-directed powerhouses who design their own choices and their future, whatever space they’re in.
