Vicky is a CTO, leading Engineering, Data, Product & Design teams at Exclaimer to build products in a high-growth environment.
Prior to Exclaimer, Vicky was CTO at the UK’s first Insurtech unicorn Zego, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience of both hands-on engineering and engineering management gained at tech startups including Depop, and Opendesk.
She has a background in backend engineering and more recently her speciality is building and scaling teams and products in both early-stage and high-growth companies, with a particular focus in team structuring and processes.
