SheCanCode works with companies to help them attract, hire, develop and retain diverse technologists, bridging the digital skills gap by empowering women to enter and remain in technology.
At SheCanCode, we are building a company that aspires to have an exemplary culture - one that is conducive to attracting and retaining the most diverse intellectual and creative talent in the world. We spend our time in an ego-free, non-hierarchical environment, coming up with innovative solutions to social problems that are currently limiting equality in the workplace.
