Pathways to Tech Awards
Honouring those powering inclusive pathways into tech
What are the Pathways to Tech Awards?
Our community frequently tells us how crucial inclusive, supportive, and impactful training providers are in helping them enter or progress in tech roles.
The Pathways to Tech Awards recognise and celebrate the tech bootcamps, coding academies, online training providers and skills-based organisations around the world, that are creating genuine and inclusive pathways into technology careers.

What we're looking for?
These awards shine a spotlight on programmes and organisations that demonstrate:
- A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion across their cohorts and teaching teams.
- Measurable impact in helping learners – particularly women and underrepresented groups – enter or progress in tech roles.
- Thoughtful programme design supporting those from non-traditional or disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Meaningful partnerships with employers, charities, or industry groups to provide real-world experience, mentorship, or job placement.
- Innovation in training methods, course content, and delivery – whether through hybrid formats, flexible learning, or accessibility-focused tools.
Through these awards, we aim to highlight organisations that are not only teaching tech skills but also powering meaningful career pathways, building a more inclusive tech workforce for the future.
