We've known about the gender gap in the technology industry for years. Currently, women still only make up just 19% of the tech workforce in the UK. In the states, this figure stands marginally better at 26.7%.

In this 40-minute session, hosted by SheCanCode, Jessica Barlow, Chief People Officer, The Foundry; and Kim Richards, Talent Acquisition Partner (Tech), The Very Group, question ‘how exactly do we get more women into the industry?’ Challenges for women in tech appear to be persistent throughout their careers, so how do we encourage those already in the industry to take up leadership positions?
