I have been an IT professional for 30 years and a keen advocate for careers in tech.
I have been the Chief Technology Officer for the entirety of MoD, Army, Navy and Air force for just over a year and feel highly privileged to be charged with such a responsible role and get to work with amazing mission focussed people across the civil service and military alike. I am passionate about increasing diversity in tech particularly with regards to addressing the challenges that women face at all career levels in such a male dominated domain.
