I’m a passionate ED&I cheerleader and a proud mum of two—one furry friend with four legs and a wonderful neurospicy daughter with two!
My dream was to become an engineer, but back in the day, I was told “girls didn’t do engineering.” So, I took a different path, determined to ensure that future generations won’t face the same discouragement. For 17 years, I’ve been diving headfirst into Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. I’ve picked up a few cool qualifications along the way—like British Sign Language, Dementia Awareness, and a CMI Level 7 in Strategic Approaches to EDI. My mission is to help organisations create a space where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work with no judgement
