Hatch Digital is making a significant stride in fostering gender diversity in the tech industry, aiming to train and employ 2,024 women in tech careers by 2024. Leveraging their renowned tech academies, the initiative seeks to equip candidates with essential skills within 12 weeks, tailored to specific employer demands.

Hatch Digital are on a mission to hire and train 2,024 women into tech careers in 2024.

Hatch will be using their award-winning tech academies to turn high potential into ready-to-deploy talent in as little as 12 weeks.

Each Academy will focus on different skillsets and entry parameters, which will be determined by employer demand. After completing the Academy, Hatch will match candidates with their dream role from within their employer network – at no cost.

Hatch officially launched the first programme – a Women in Data Academy – at Karren Brady’s Women in Business and Tech Expo. The Women in Data Academy will focus on finding women with the right passion, ambition and transferable skills to become Data Engineers.
