Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As a Project Manager at Addleshaw Goddard, you will play a key role in planning, leading, supporting, and enabling business change. You will motivate project teams to deliver the change we need, ensuring successful outcomes from early inception to embedding into the business.

THE TEAM

•    The newly appointed Project Manager will become a member of the wider Project Management Office (PMO), which operates within the IT department located in Leeds.
•    Working collaboratively, the team drives change to support strategic driven and wider business objectives.
•    The PMO employs a dynamic project delivery process that incorporates methods Project Managers can adapt to various types of projects and deliver them more dynamically while maintaining high quality and standards.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE

Describe in brief:
•    Lead, manage, and drive projects involving diverse changes, complexities, and cross-functional departments.
•    Influence and build engagement in change to put in place the right people, processes, and tools.
•    Work closely with the team to understand and define changes and formulate an approach that aligns with the scale and complexity of the change.

YOUR AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE 

To be successful in this role, what are the:
•    Proven experience in project management, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
•    Demonstrates confident stakeholder management,  leadership and project team management skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
•    Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
