Functional Analyst, Senior Security Clearance: Top Secret Clearance Certifications: Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt/Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)/PMP or equivalent Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities. At least ten (10) years documented experience in the following: Knowledge of the capabilities and functionality associated with various technologies for organizing and managing information; Knowledge of organizational process improvement concepts and process maturity models; Skill in conducting capabilities and requirements analysis; Skill in interfacing with customers in order to effectively gather project requirements; Skill to use critical thinking to analyze organizational patterns and relationships; Skill in performing needs analysis to determine opportunities for new and improved business process solutions; Skill in coordinating and managing the overall service provided to a customer end-to end; Ability to create business process maps or other workflow visualization tools; Ability to dissect a problem and examine the interrelationships between data that may appear unrelated; Ability assess and prioritize backlog requirements and; Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
