Are you a bright ambitious STEM subject graduate with strong data analysis skills?
You could be progressing your career at a top tier management consultancy who are expanding their presence in the North East.
As a Graduate Data Analyst / Consultant you’ll focus on one project at a time, liaising closely with clients (mainly within finance / banking / big retailers) to manage data projects end-to-end, gathering client requirements, managing data collection, model creation and analysis. You will conduct primary and secondary research, tackling information limitations, producing insights and reports.
You will be supported and mentored to reach your full potential, with formal promotion criteria after 12 months which will enhance your responsibilities and earnings.
Location / WFH:
You’ll join the team in Central Newcastle on a full-time basis (with occasional flexibility if required).
About you:
- You are degree educated, having achieved a 2.1 or above in a relevant discipline, e.g. Mathematics, Physics, Engineering from a top tier university (Russel Group / Oxbridge), combined with As and Bs and A-level
- You have some relevant commercial work experience (this could have been gained on an internship for Oxbridge graduates)
- You take a consultative approach and have polished communication and stakeholder management skills
- You’re likely to have personal projects and have taken part in extra curricular activities such as sports, university societies, Duke of Edinburgh awards
- You’re quick to assimilate new information and are motivated to learn and progress your career
