Job Description
Reporting into the Financial Systems & Reporting Manager (“FSRM”), you will be responsible for the accounts payable function in our Finance team.
This will involve processing supplier invoices, setting up vendor payments, reviewing corporate credit card spend and employee expense reports for accuracy and reconciling accounts within our financial system. You will be an integral part of the finance team, ensuring our deadlines are met as well as providing insight and reports to relevant stakeholders.

London, in office 2 days per week as per our company policy

Experience
The successful candidate is likely to possess:

Experience gained through an internship or prior finance team role
-
A minimum of a B grade in GCSE Maths (or equivalent)

Microsoft Excel knowledge essential

Experience of SAP Business One preferable

Processing supplier invoices & payments into our financial system

Payment of supplier invoices in a variety of currencies

Reviewing corporate credit card spend

Reviewing employee expenses
-
Account reconciliations
-
Operate and maintain financial controls in our Accounts Payable business process

Assist in month end reporting requirements

Assist in data gathering for internal and external audit

Responding to internal and external queries promptly
