Accounts Payable Clerk

• Excellent attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach to your work

Experience

The successful candidate is likely to possess:

• Experience gained through an internship or prior finance team role

• A minimum of a B grade in GCSE Maths (or equivalent)

• Microsoft Excel knowledge essential

• Experience of SAP Business One preferable

• Processing supplier invoices & payments into our financial system

• Payment of supplier invoices in a variety of currencies

• Reviewing corporate credit card spend

• Reviewing employee expenses

• Account reconciliations

• Operate and maintain financial controls in our Accounts Payable business process

• Assist in month end reporting requirements

• Assist in data gathering for internal and external audit

• Responding to internal and external queries promptly

• General ad-hoc duties as required
