He has led award-winning teams and projects, including the mobile hit Fallout Shelter and the AR/VR Project of the Year-winning platform at XYZ Reality. As VP of Engineering at Luminari Roli, Federico now leads the development of the ROLI Airwave platform, an AI-powered music learning system that blends creativity, accessibility, and advanced hand-tracking technology.
Beyond his work in product innovation, Federico is a committed mentor with SheCanCode, GirlsCode, and Techstars, supporting underrepresented talent and promoting inclusive leadership in tech. He also volunteers with Video Games Without Borders, a non-profit focused on social impact through gaming.
