Hi, I’m Bronwyn!
I work at Redgate Software as a Talent Acquisition Partner, mostly working with and supporting our Technology and Engineering division. I have been at Redgate for almost 8 years and still love it! Before moving into TA, I worked in the people operations team, and prior to Redgate I worked for Social Services for 7 years. I’m a super sociable person, always happy to network and get to know people – I get such a buzz from learning about people and their experiences and career journeys. I have a passion for improving the gender balance into the industry and Redgate’s technology division and am often finding ways of trying to do so! I have 2 small children who keep me very busy, and I love telling them all about my work and why it’s important to promote and encourage more women into the technology world.
